This is a self-contained directory of 19169 HRSA-funded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and FQHC Look-Alike community clinic sites, exactly as listed in HRSA's public Health Center Service Delivery and Look-Alike Sites file, data as of 09/10/2026. These are outpatient community health centers — a different facility type from the children's hospitals and pediatric specialty centers covered in the rest of Pediatric Map, and the two lists are deliberately not cross-linked.
