We read every email. ClinicMapper is a small editorial project, and reader feedback is the most reliable way we learn about closures, mergers, name changes, and missing facilities.

Editorial corrections

If a phone number is wrong, an address is outdated, a facility has closed, or you spot a typo, email editorial@clinicmapper.example. Please include the facility name, the URL of the page in question, and a short description of the correction. Editorial corrections are usually live within a week.

Hospital communications

Hospital marketing or communications teams can email hospitals@clinicmapper.example with corrections to the listing for your facility. Please note: we do not accept paid placements, sponsored content, or "premium" listings of any kind. The directory is built entirely from public CMS data, and we will not modify a listing on the basis of a marketing request.

Journalists working on stories about pediatric care access, hospital quality, healthcare data transparency, or related topics can reach the editorial team at press@clinicmapper.example. We're happy to share our methodology, point you to underlying CMS data sources, and answer questions about the U.S. children's hospital landscape.

What we cannot help with

ClinicMapper is a directory, not a clinical service. We cannot make appointments for you, refer you to a specific physician, comment on a child's medical situation, evaluate insurance coverage, or coordinate transfers between hospitals. For any of those needs, please contact your child's primary care pediatrician or the hospital directly using the phone number on the facility page.
