Pediatric Map

Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

Pediatric Map is built on the premise that people looking for healthcare information should not have their search history mined, sold, or used against them. This page describes what data we collect, what we don't, and what your choices are.

What we collect

  • Standard server logs. Like virtually every website, our servers record the IP address, user agent, and request URL of each visit. These logs are kept for 30 days and used solely for security, debugging, and aggregate traffic analysis.
  • Email content you send us. If you email the editorial team, we keep your message in our inbox to track corrections and follow up.

What we do not collect

  • We do not require account registration to browse the directory.
  • We do not collect, store, or transmit any health information about you, your children, or your family. Pediatric Map is a public directory, not a patient portal.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with hospitals, insurers, lead-generation firms, or third-party brokers.

Advertising

Pediatric Map does not currently carry display advertising, sponsored content, or paid placements of any kind. If that ever changes, ads will be clearly labeled and this policy will be updated first.

Cookies

Pediatric Map does not set tracking cookies. You can disable cookies entirely through your browser preferences without losing access to any feature of the directory.

Children

Pediatric Map's content is intended for adults — typically parents, caregivers, and clinicians researching pediatric facilities. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For questions about this policy, contact privacy@pediatricmap.com.
