Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
By using ClinicMapper, you agree to the terms below. They are written in plain English and are short on purpose.
Not medical advice
ClinicMapper publishes information about hospitals; it does not provide medical advice. Nothing on this site should be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or rule out any medical condition. Always consult a licensed physician for medical decisions. In an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) or go to the nearest emergency department.
Accuracy
We work hard to keep facility information current, but hospitals open, close, merge, and rebrand constantly. We make no warranty that any specific listing is accurate, complete, or up-to-date at the moment you read it. Always confirm critical information — phone numbers, addresses, accepted insurance, services offered — directly with the facility.
Acceptable use
You may browse the directory freely for personal and professional reference. You may not scrape the site for commercial purposes, redistribute large portions of the content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated tools to send unsolicited contact requests to the editorial team. The underlying hospital data is publicly available from CMS — please source it directly if you need it programmatically.
Intellectual property
The hospital data on ClinicMapper is sourced from public federal datasets and is not owned by us. The editorial content — page text, methodology descriptions, the site design and brand — is © ClinicMapper. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution; please do not republish full pages.
Liability
ClinicMapper is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any decisions made on the basis of information presented on this site, nor for any damages arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
